Here are our terms of service. When we say ‘the Service’ below, we mean ‘List’. Please don’t use List if you don’t agree to these terms. Use of List is contingent upon agreement with these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms, but we’ll email you if we do. Please take a look at our Privacy Policy as well.

These terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Disclaimer

List is provided on an ‘as-is’ basis. While we do our best as a matter of personal pride, We make no uptime guarantees, guarantees about accuracy of information, or guarantees of user enjoyment. In other words, no representations or warranties of any kind, real or implied.

Rules of Conduct

In return for our commitment to provide the Service, we require you to make the below commitments to us in order for our Service to be safe, secure, and compliant with the law.

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• We must not have previously disabled your account for violation of law or our own terms.
• You can’t add any data to your List account that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent.
• Don’t do anything that infringes on anyone else’s rights, including their intellectual property rights.
• Don’t try to access data you don’t have permission to access.

Right to Terminate Accounts

We can remove any content that you may eventually share on the Service if it violates our terms of service or we are permitted or required to to so by law. We can refuse to provide or stop providing service to you (including terminating or disabling your account) immediately to protect our community or services, or if you create risk or legal exposure for us or violate these terms.
